Welcome Back SRA Families!!!!!!!

 

        Each year Saint Rosalia PTG is responsible for fundraising.  For the 2010-2011 school year our goal was $50,000.00.  We did manage to reach that goal; however, our funds are currently very low.  In order to reach our fundraising goal of $108,000.00 for the 2011-2012 school year everyone’s participation is needed.  The events listed below have some guides for participation that should help in reaching our fundraising goal.  PTG dues are $10.00 per family and may be sent into school or collected at the Welcome Picnic.

 

        The following fundraising events have already been scheduled:

 

September 12, 2011 (4:00p.m.-7:00p.m.)- Welcome Picnic

 

·         Free to families.  Bring your own non-alcoholic beverages.  50/50 raffle and PTG dues may be paid. (Schenley Park- Vietnam Veteran’s Pavilion)

 

September 26, 2011- Chick-fil-A Spirit night –(Every month!!!)

 

·        5:30p.m.- 7:30p.m.- Chick-Fil-A in the Waterfront

 

September 29, 2011 – Blockwalk

 

·         Each child must pay a $10.00 registration fee in order to receive a Blockwalk t-shirt.  Each family is asked to raise at least $100.00 for the Blockwalk.  The family that raises the most money will receive a family fun package.

 

October 1, 2011- Flea Market in Wuerl Hall

 

·         8:00a.m.- 3:00p.m.- Spread the word!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

October 18, 2011- PTG Meeting in Wuerl Hall

 

·         All are invited to attend (Earn a Dress Down Pass for your child )

 

December 10, 2011- Barnes and Noble – (Waterfront)

 

·         We earn a percentage of total sales that day.  Spread the word!!

 

March 25, 2012- Fashion Show (South Hills Country Club)

 

·         Each child is required to send in $10.00 for the classroom basket donation.  Each family is asked to sell (2)$30.00 tickets.

 February 1, 2012 - Ethnic Food Fair


February 4, 2012 - Cash Bash - Doors open at 6:15, first number is pulled at 7:00 p.m.

    • Each family is asked to sell at least 2 tickets to the Cash Bash (winner need not be present)

February 22 & 24, March 2,9,16,23,30, April 6, 2012- Fish Fry

 

·         Baked goods always needed!!!  Any child who attends the Fish Fry with an adult will receive a dress down pass. (Your child may earn up to eight dress down passes!!!!!)

 

April 14, 2012- Monte Carlo-(Wuerl Hall)

 

·         Each child is required to send in an assigned food or prize donation (the donation list will be sent in March) Each family is asked to sell at least (2) $15.00 tickets.

 

May 19, 2012- Golf Outing- (Meadowink Golf Course)

 

·         Each family is asked to sell at least one outing ticket or secure a hole sponsor/prize.

·         sold each month.  The more sold - the higher percentage we receive.

 

        Chick – Fil- A -EVERY MONTH!!!!!!

 

·         Look for dates in the Thursday folder and spread the word!!!!!!!!!!

 

          Flower sale- In April/May
